okie, i finally got home...
went to pamela's hse last night to watch the england-france match...
together with weemeng,chileed,wanzhen,eugene and amy...
hmm...the match was kinda disappointing...
england led 1-0 thru a frank lampard header until the 88th min before conceding a freekick in which zidane converted...
abt a min later england conceded a penalty...
and zidane once again, made no mistake...
not to mention beckham missing a penalty earlier on...
wth...england could have won lor...
note the 'could have'...
yeah...they're always liddat...
it's either they're damn suay or their tactics suck...
it's always juz leading by one goal and they're contented defending it...
see wad happened??
i remember it was oso liddat in world cup 2002 in the match against brazil...
leading 1-0 ended up losing 1-2...
haha k la...but france are juz plain tyco oso...

left pamela's hse quite early this morning...
eug and i had to go for the northeast challenge trophy soccer competition held at siglap sec...
and we were both selected to play in the first 12!
woohoo~ budden again...the motive of participating in the competition wasn't really abt winning...
it was acty to let the inexperienced players gain experience...
to let us gain exposure and oso representation pts...
aniwae, the rules of the 9-a-side game was sth like 7 and 1/2 mins per half...
so a full match only lasted 15 mins...
we started off playing 3 games in the group stages...
winning the first two and drawing the third...
we finished 2nd in the grp and qualified for the quarter-finals...
but unfortunately we lost in the quarter-final thru penalties after a 0-0 draw after extra time...
yeah...but it's alrite...
i guess this mini tournament is a good experience for us...
yeap...and i got to wear the team jersey...
haha pretty cool feeling la...
but we dun get to keep it...hafda wash and return to kun when sch reopens coz they're the J2s' jerseys...
i got the number 3...cax's jersey...
dun really like 3 lehh...i mean, which striker wears 3? haha...
budden again...mr chen anyhow allocate de la...
wun be permanent aniwae...
yeapyeap...so now the home strip number 3 and away strip number 3 are both with me...
hahaha...which means the blue one and white one respectively...
oya...den there was this team...
damn bloody play dirty...
one of the players kenna a red card for a v rough tackle or sth...
den he not happy...keep shouting at the referee summore...
and after the match the whole team still went to confront the referee...
in the end the whole team got disqualified...
serves them right...
we were all like...cheering the referee when he gave the red card...
haha...
